Chief Technology Officer Should be able to lay down and implement the Technology Policy of the company with due regard to the future directions in the industry. Should be thoroughly conversant with the recent trends in the software industry especially in web related areas. Must be an engineering graduate with atleast 7-10 years experience in the software industry, preferably with financial services and web orientation. Project Managers Should be able to manage domestic and overseas projects in terms of development and delivery. Must be a CA, ICWA, BE, MCA, with at least 3 - 5 years project management experience in the software industry Functional Specialists Should have at least 3 years' domain knowledge/experience in Mutual Funds, Banking, Insurance sectors. Preferably a CA, ICWA, BE. Systems AnalystsShould have at least 3 years' experience in system design in Java, Power Builder, Oracle, Unix/NT environment. Must be a BE, MCA. Developers PB Should have at least 3 years' experience in Power Builder, Oracle, Unix, NT environment. Developers JAVA Candidate should have at least 1-2 years experience in Java, Oracle, Unix, NT environment.
